While working full-time in the corporate world as a sales/marketing pro, he followed his passion for basketball by creating ‘Top Flight Sports Academy’ in 2010. Top Flight is now the largest boys/girls club travel basketball program in Northern California, with 40 teams in 2019.

 

He has assisted 150+ athletes achieve their goal of playing collegiate athletics with scholarships offered to the majority. Top Flight runs successful sports camps and clinics all around the Bay Area.

 

In addition to his CEO gig, he is the Director of Basketball for the K-12 Valley Christian School System in San Jose, CA since 2013. He teaches Exercise Science, Health and Human Performance. He also coaches the varsity girls’ basketball team and is the all-time ’Winningest Coach’ in Valley Christian history, securing CCS championships and many CIF State NorCal appearances. 

 

In 2019, at NIKE’s request, he assumed the role of Regional Director for NIKE Phenom basketball camps.

 

He is a devoted family man with an amazing wife and two children. He lives by example with staying physically and nutritionally fit.

 

He believes in serving his community by sharing his successful life journey, with the hope of creating positive synergy in the lives of youth and entrepreneurial like-minded individuals.
